She hesitated before whirling around on the heel of her Jimmy Choo pumps. Despite the elegant footwear, she still retained the fluid grace she’d been famed for. She was soon at a long table in the corner of her office - stacked high with various books. Most of them were leatherbound journals containing her own research. She lifted one and began to thumb through it.

Steve knows a bit about the woman’s past. He’d read her file. He understood the losses she’d had in her life. Of course, sore subject or not, Steve had to discuss it all with her. Withholding information might end up affecting the mission negatively.
"We were hoping you might have some information on who might’ve had an interest in the shield prior to it’s disappearance.”
The Captain watches her move gracefully from one end of the room to the other. He tries his best not to be distracted by the fact that he finds Lara devilishly attractive. His mind needed to be clear, and the high heeled informant was making it rather difficult to keep his head on completely straight. Not that it was her fault, Steve placed that solely on himself.
