Bucky just stares at him, mouth open as if to say something but then he quickly closes it, eyes drifting away for a moment before he finally managed to look back at Steve.

Steve hears Bucky, his brother is taking a step forward, but looks like he’s about to run for it. The Captain puts up his hands, trying to appear as harmless as he can to his friend, “Bucky, you don’t ever need to apologize. We’re in it together, pal.”
